Used by the Hinsdale Muster team for competition and parades. Has 500 gpm Hale rotary pump and a small block V8 Chevrolet engine.

1996 Mack Darley Pumper
Truck is equipped with 1000 gpm pump with 1000 gallon water tank, and compressed air foam system (CAFS). Carries five new SCOTT 4.5 SCBA units equipped with radio interfaces for the officer and crew.

1986 Mack Ward 79 Pumper
Truck is equipped with 1000 gpm Hale 2 stage pump with 1000 gallon water tank. Carries five new SCOTT 4.5 SCBA units equipped with radio interfaces for the officer and crew.
1983 Mack Heavy Rescue
New to Hinsdale is our heavy rescue, purchased from Saint Mary's, PA. Truck is equipped with telescoping light tower, two complete sets of Jaws of Life tools, Rescue Alive ice rescue sled, and much more rescue and auto extrication equipment.
Ambulance (H-5)
2007 Ford E-450
The busiest piece in the department. The ambulance covers the towns of Peru and Middlefield in additon to the town of Hinsdale.

Contains 4500 psi cascade system with 12 large cylinders, 18 complete SCOTT 4.5 SCBA units, and 20 spare 4.5 SCBA bottles, booster pump, heaters,misting fans,ice, hot & cold drinks for firefighter rehab. Truck also equipped with a generator and portable lights.
Brush Truck 8
1984 Chevy Diesel 4WD Pick Up
Durable Chevy pick up equipped with 200 gallon tank, booster reel, portable pump, and several Indian Cans. Truck also carries several other various tools for fighting brush and outdoor fires.

1988 Mack R-Model 3000 gallon Aluminum tank with 270 G.P.M. pump and jet dump system, booster reel with a 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 discharges.
Command 1
Chevy Blazer - Diesel
Former military vehicle converted to a command vehicle by the department members. Carries portable radios, SCBA, Thermal Imaging camera, television monitor, digital camera, video camera, suspicious package kit, as well as fire planning and incident command equipment.
2006 Argo 8x8 Avenger
An 8 wheel amphibious skid steer ATV equipped with a winch and rollover bars. Also has treads which can be easily put on or taken off making it useful almost anywhere on land or water no matter if it is swampy or covered in snow. The Argo will be a great addition for brush fires and rescue calls.
Parade Piece
1929 Buffalo Pumper
Purchased by the firemen's association in 2003, it is the same make, model, and year as the very first engine that the fire department had when founded in 1929. This truck is undergoing a complete ground up restoration for use as a parade and show piece as part of the Hinsdale Fire Department's great history. Equipped with a 750 gpm rotary gear pump and 517 cu' Waukesha engine.
